Hello, I am currently remodeling two homes in Pitt County. I am searching for an INDEPENDENT skilled handyman in the Pitt County Area that can dedicate at least 3 days/week per project. This would be my " go to person" for remodels from start to finish! This job would be ideal for someone who needs flexibility/to fill in the gaps, but again, I still need a 3+day/week commitment. I am looking for someone who LOVES to work and takes PRIDE in their craft. Must have skills in the following areas (payment $25/hr): Demo/Clean outs- Removing cabinetry, flooring, walls, trash haul away Carpentry- Trim, casing, shiplap & cabinet install, deck, doors & windows repairs Drywall- Ceiling and wall repairs Tiling- Bathroom shower, floors and kitchen backsplash Painting- Ceiling, walls, doors, closets Flooring-LVP, carpet Other-Material/supply/appliance pickup/dropoff Other skills that would be helpful, but not required (payment $30/hr): Plumbing- Repair leaks, install toilets & faucets, move piping Electrical- Lighting Landscaping- Prune, trim and cut Roofing- New roof install or roof repairs Pressure Washing- Driveways, House, Deck HVAC repairs Gutter Install Custom Carpentry Labor only Work orders issued on Saturdays. Inspection Friday mornings. Payment (1099) is issued Friday evenings. When replying, please include a list of your specialties, a short bio and availability. Thanks!
