Rehoming small dog

I am rehoming Apollo, he is a small dog with lots of love and energy. He loves to play and snuggle. He is protective over his home and will bark at the door so he is a good guard dog. He knows fetch, sit, stay, and is house trained. He is fixed and has a microchip. He has never been around children but he is not a mean dog, he just might be too hyper with smaller children. He was raised around cats but he does have a playful prey drive that is just too much for my mature cats. He does well around other dogs as long as he knows them or gets to know them. He would be perfect for a family with older children (10 and up) because he loves to play and run. He will come with his leash, collar, and harness. I am asking a rehoming fee of $200, which i paid $500 for him. He is around 15lbs and will not get any bigger. I have a crate I am willing to sell with him for $50 more.
