We do background checks/ drug tests. Must be "reliable", have a valid driver's license, vehicle and a constant working cell phone with voicemail. All properties are smoke free, therefore, no smoking while working. I have part time work on Mondays & Wednesdays (sometime Tuesdays) during the day only, 10- 15 hours a week. No weekends or nights. Help with installing and programming cameras on properties, yard work, help organizing basements, has basic mechanical skills to maintain rental properties in Clifton.
Living in or near Clifton is a plus.
