Woodworker/craftsman to build a small pumphouse

Looking for a woodworker/craftsman to build a small pumphouse for a residential irrigation pump measuring approximately 18" long by 9" wide by 14" high. Prefer composite materials (for longevity and durability). Pump intake on one end, motor/cooling fan on the other. Discharge out the top of the pump housing. Top of pump housing must be accessible for priming. Pump must be removable for inside storage over the winter. Your design/creativity. Pump available to use for design/construction. Overall goal is to protect the pump from the elements.
