Please read till the very end. Meet Hart! FREE TO GOOD HOME! I found this beautiful dog in my front yard about a week ago. My cats were attacking her.. so I took her in.. expecting her owners to show up, thinking she had just escaped. After an hour I start inspecting the dog and realized she was emaciated not just thirsty, she was dirty an coved in fleas you could almost count how many bones she had.... I truly believe if I have not found her when I did she wouldn't be with us today. My husband and I believe that she was dumped around our neighborhood because we live off Highway 20. With that being said she more than likely has never been vetted. Which means she will need the full overall. Unfortunately as much as we would love to keep her we financially can't take on another dog..... Heart is an extremely lovable dog. I have watched her go from very weak and hardly able to play. To a very playful normal puppy but she still has some recovering to do. She deserves all the love and treats and warm cuddles in the world. She has been extremely great with my kids for being a puppy she will take hugs and kisses from anybody. I really want to see this dog in a forever home...if I can't find a place for her I'm going to have to take her to the shelter I have no other options. And that's the last thing I want to do. But if you know anyone or if you are someone who takes in animals and rehabilitates them, and have room for one more. Please feel free to contact me.
