Guitarist looking for bands/musicians for either Shoegaze or Metal

Hi, I’m a guitarist who is new to the area and I’m looking to start a band. I’d like to play Shoegaze/Alt/Darkwave style - influences like Slowdive, Soft Kill, Cold Cave, White Lies, A Place to Bury Strangers. I also like to write death metal/deathcore. Influences for that would be like Fit For An Autopsy, Fallujah, Rivers of Nihil, Trivium.
