Residential General Contractor seeking Part Time SUPERINTENDENT 20-25 Hours per Week (Pay dependent on experience) + Gas allowance - Oversees daily operations at a construction site. - Hires, trains, and manages construction workers. - Understands carpentry and residential construction. - Follows construction drawings and approved plans. - Uses popular construction management software. - Orders necessary equipment, tools, and materials. - Helps to set and stick to the schedule. -Writes daily logs and other necessary documentation. - Makes sure all local, state, and national business codes and regulations are followed. - Ensures that the team adheres to all company policies and safety protocols. - Works directly with the project manager, architect, engineer, electrician, and other specialists. Spanish speaking or Russian Speaking a bonus but not required. Projects located in: Redmond, Bellevue, Sammamish and Carnation.
