Ex Custom GC seeking one, two or possibly three remodeling technicians to assist in remodeling custom home from demo, framing, drywall, flooring, bathroom installs, painting, etc. This is a high end job on a custom home. Grow your expertise in all areas of construction working alongside 'ex' GC custom home builder. This is a contract pay position. Pays daily in the beginning (for a week followed by weekly - Fridays) to determine if you have skills to add your experience to the project. Reply with contact info AND explanation of experience in the above remodeling phases of construction including years in the business. If you have pictures of projects, don't hesitate to include to demonstrate your skills. $160/day cash for 8 hour day or $20/hour. More $$$ if you have and can demonstrate considerable experience in all the above, and if you can work efficiently and independently while following homeowner instructions. This is a custom home on acreage 10 minutes south of Castle Rock. If you don't have reliable transportation, please don't apply. No smoking, booze or drugs. We'll do a background check.
