OUTDOOR MAINTENANCE $17 compensation: $17.00 Per Hr. employment type: Full-Time Full Time or Part Time (24-40 hours week) Year-Round Building Maintenance Position in Destin Available. We need a responsible, hardworking, mature minded person who enjoys working outdoors. Must be experienced in basic carpentry, painting, and the safe use of ladders and power tools. Duties include assisting the maintenance supervisor with the daily upkeep, repair, and maintenance of the buildings and the common areas of our various properties. (We do NOT work inside of units or rarely on weekends.) NON-smoker, well spoken, and able to climb a ladder onto the midrise roofs of buildings. Must have good transportation, current Florida driver's license with a clean driving record, Background check is required. $17 Per Hr to start.
