Join us for more pop-up Kundalini Classes! The class is suitable for all levels, beginners first-timers are most definitely welcome! All you need is your mat and an open curious mind. Kundalini Yoga offers dynamic stretching movements, breathing exercises, mantra/chanting, and mudra/hand gestures. This class will include a long peaceful savasana, music, and singing bowls for a deep relaxing experience.
