Hey Ya'll, welcome to the curly hair community for professionals and consumers. Fine curly hair comes in all shapes and sizes. But how to create volume, or to get the best cut is a problem. Stylists, ya'll ever feel insecure styling your fine hair, low-density clients praying they will love it? Fine hair curlies, you ever feel like you don't have enough hair to really feel like a cut made a difference and still struggle with styling your curls? Curls are always changing and as an artist, one must adjust to their clients hair changing due to postpartum, covid, maturity, or hormonal texture changes. As a client, they must learn how to take care of their hair at home and change can feel overwhelming. In this collaborative class between consumers and artists, we invite you to our watch and learn as we will share how to go from a consultation to a conversation, dry hair cut, and provide a styling guide for a look for frizz free, healthy looking curly hair. In this look and learn class we will assess the fragility of texture, the space in shape, with a structural dry cutting technique and fluid intuitive guides on a live model.  Our special guest, Leyla, is a texture artist from Virginia who will be joining us to speak on how to grow within a tight curl niche and debunk anxieties around styling tight curls.
