Maintenance Technician for a Condominium Complex on Lake Conroe No training or experience needed 7-4 Monday Thru Friday Extra $ for Weekends and Holidays The maintenance department is responsible for maintaining the entire property to include mowing edging and weed eating. We also install new landscaping and do other projects as needed. We maintain a pool and pool equipment, central boiler and has assigned other tasks around the property.
