Tania is the #1 producer (by unit and volume) in El Paso, Texas where she had her most recent record high in 2020 at $90 million, a total production that doubles that of the contender in the #2 spot. She is a preferred builder for El Paso’s Top 10 Builders, ranks in the top tier of the Top 250 Mortgage Loan Officer list by NAHREP, and is in the 1% of the nation’s top -producing mortgage originators according to Scotsman Guide. Throughout her impressive her career, Tania has founded her own mortgage company, held a Vice President position at First National Bank of Fabens, and worked in leadership roles at several mortgage lending companies. Jose Plascencia is a Branch Manager with New American Funding, where he helps you with every step of the homebuying process. In his first year as a team member, he became a Top Gun and made the President’s Council list. His team, The Mortgage Storm forms the best bond by connection and involvement within the community. As New American Funding formed its own Latino Focus campaign, Jose knew his purpose is to drive the quality of the lending experience among Hispanic consumers and aims to enrich the Hispanic community through homeownership. At the beginning of his professional career, he began with LSI Mortgage Plus in 2008. Upon leaving LSI, he set his career path at Equity Prime Mortgage LLC. Plascencia continued to grow with more knowledge of the mortgage and banking industry. In the past 5 years, he has held the positions Treasurer, Vice President, and President of NAHREP Atlanta Chapter and currently is NAHREP TOP 250 Mortgage Loan Originators Nationwide. Jessica Nazario was born in Puerto Rico, and at the age of 20, she moved to Florida, where she currently resides in the sunshine state with her husband and her three children. Since 2004, Jessica has been working in the Title Insurance Industry, assisting Builders, Realtors, Mortgage Brokers, Investors, buyers, and sellers with their residential and commercial real estate transaction needs. Jessica was always interested in becoming an entrepreneur and after eight years of title insurance experience, her passion for helping others and her customer service skills led her to become the sole founder of Your Title Connection LLC, which presently is celebrating its 10th year anniversary this January of 2022. Over the years, her clients have followed her due to her great values, professionalism, and honesty. Concepcion Guerrero is part of MGIC’s Marketing Promotions team. She joined MGIC in 2011 and has worked in both Claims and Marketing. One of her primary responsibilities is supporting marketing initiatives in the Credit Union and Community Bank channels. Concepcion manages MGIC’s relationships with organizations like National Association of Minority Mortgage Bankers of America (NAMMBA), National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), and Down Payment Resource (DPR). She serves as the face of MGIC at their sponsored national events promoting diversity in the mortgage finance industry. She interviews top mortgage professionals and thought leaders across the mortgage industry, focusing on how they actively champion and strive for diversity and inclusion in their workplaces and communities. Concepcion holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business from Alverno College and lives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with her husband, Miguel, and two children, Carolina and Andres. Jeff Marchetti brings more than 22 years of experience in mortgage banking. Much of his experience focuses specifically on mortgage technology and services that drive efficiencies and revenue for lenders. Marchetti has held positions on the national level at H&R Block Mortgage, Servicelink, and, most recently, Ellie Mae — now ICE Mortgage Technology. As the Vice President Executive Account Leader at Ellie, Marchetti was responsible for bringing digital transformation to lenders, banks, and credit unions with their mortgage banking technology platform. In current role as VP of Enterprise Sales at Homebot, Marchetti drives the enterprise sales strategy for top 100 mortgage lenders, banks, credit unions across the country.
