Ground down during this 90 minute yogic journaling experience to open the heart and cultivate gratitude. Class will begin with an introduction to your new gratitude journal by Watered Grass LLC with Diana, owner of Watered Grass LLC and journal creator. This journal was created with daily prompts to awaken your gratitude and journaling practice. We will take some time to work with our journal before moving into our movement practice. After some time writing, expressing, and releasing Deonna will then guide you through an all levels sunset yoga practice overlooking the beautiful farms and vineyards. This practice will ground you down, connect you to Mother Earth, and ignite compassion and gratitude in your heart space. We will close with more journaling and some time to share your experience with others if you so desire. After class you get to take home your journal so that you can continue your gratitude practice on your own.
Beginner to advanced yogis are welcome.
