Join us every Saturday at 10:00 AM for a lovely Root + Rise flow. In this all-levels class, you will be guided through both flowing and held postures to find balance, generate heat and build strength. Located in the heart of Denver's Historic River North Arts District, the Ramble rooftop garden is a magical place to spend some time in the morning sunshine, in fresh-air, with friends, breath maybe a beverage + brunch after class! This is the perfect place to spend your Saturday morning as you flow and breathe in community. The $25 class registration fee includes a mimosa (OJ, or coffee) on the rooftop afterward!
