Join me in celebrating the Summer Solstice with deep rejuvenation through the relaxation practice of Yoga Nidra accompanied by a Gong soundbath. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that draws our attention inward, creating a natural awareness and peacefulness. When accompanied by the Gong, this practice can have the enhanced effects of relaxation, stress relief, ability to move emotional blockages, and more. Come and experience the harmony and true rest our minds and bodies deeply need.
We will start with some gentle movement and breathwork, then lay down for the majority of the practice.
The practice will be outdoors, so bring what you need to feel comfortable: blanket/yoga mat, water, towel, etc.
