ABOUT THE SPEAKER Gail D’Silva has a deep passion for connecting people and ministering to women. Gail is the Director of Operations at Our Lady of Santa Clara Retreat Center. Prior to that she was the Executive Director at Strategy Law LLP, a law firm in San Jose. She was also a co-founder of JAUST Consulting Partners, a software consulting company. At JAUST she led their global operations in the US, Canada and India. Gail has 20+ years of experience in human resources, operations and recruiting within the high tech industry. She has been a guest speaker at networking events, intriguing audiences about her journey from being an immigrant to a successful entrepreneur. Gail and her husband Bosco were an active part of the Canyon Heights Academy community for nine years while educating their son Jason at the school. Gail’s faith journey led her to associate within the Regnum Christi Movement in 2019. Along with her current work, she also plays an instrumental role on the core team of All Things Women: a Catholic apostolate for women. ABOUT THE EVENT At our Executive Speaker Series, attendees have opportunities to network while enjoying complimentary appetizers and drinks prior to the talk. During the presentation, guest speakers share their unique life story as it relates to their professional and spiritual journey. While the specific topic and focus will vary depending on how each speaker tells his or her story, general themes include lessons on navigating different career choices and progression, seeing examples of how to integrate faith into one's daily life, and hearing advice on growing family and personal relationships. Each talk culminates with a Q&A session with our speaker where audience members can ask questions.
