Cuban Knight Anole looking for forever home

I have a juvenile Cuban Knight Anole (Anolis equestris) looking for a forever home. This little guy is about 10in long at this point and is still growing, they are about 9 months old. This anole is somewhat socialized since I hold them often but they are still a bit flighty and will bite, though at this size their bite is not strong enough to break skin. This Cuban Knight Anole is being rehomed with the following: a 16in(L) x 16in(W) x 30in(H) Repti-breeze Screen Terrarium, 1 Double-Dome Light Fixture with a red heating bulb and a UVB bulb (the UVB bulb needs to be replaced in October), 1 reptile fountain (will likely need to be replaced in the next few months), 1 small water bowl, 1 food bowl, 1 pothos plant, and several pieces of wood and decorations. Please only adopt this anole if you have done research and know how to care for this species of lizard. This Anole, enclosure, & supplies are being rehomed for $140 or best offer. I am sorry but I do not know the sex of this anole. This anole has been being fed mealworms which have been being eaten from the food bowl.
