Office Building Who: Mothers of children with Autism or related disabilities Date: Saturday, June 4th and Saturday, June 18th Hours: 9:00 a.m. till 10:15 a.m. ***************************************************************************************************** Supplies needed: comfortable clothing to move in and a yoga mat In this Mind Yoga Meditation Class, mothers will enjoy the peaceful, calming atmosphere of meditation and mild stretching techniques to help one relax. This class is being offered FREE of charge to help mothers who need a social outlet to relax with other mothers who are going through the Autism Journey. Classes are held to allow the parent “me” time to rejuvenate and reenergize. Daughters can participate with mothers as well. Note: Space is limited. There is NO CHILDCARE, at our facility.
