This conference is for community-based organizations, buisnesses, elected city officials, and individuals who want to make a positive impact where they live. The conference will consist of multiple workshops on topics that provide tools and resources in leading change in Kern County and beyond. The conference allows for individuals to network, share plans, and collaborate to better serve the community.
