**Private message me (or if you would like to call let me know and I can give you a phone number via PM) for more information, pictures, and to set up a time to come over and pick out your new AKC puppy!** Information about each pup at the end of the ad. We have 4 adorable AKC Silver Lab puppies and one handsome AKC male chocolate puppy ready to go to their new homes! Born Feb 28, 2022, these pups are almost 14 weeks old. They have had all their vaccinations, dewormed, and have had a vet check completed. All pups have been cleared as healthy by the veterinarians at Lake Shore Animal Hospital (completed 4/22/22) and are ready to make a new, loving family very happy. All puppies will come with AKC registration packets. With these packets, the new owners can register their pup with the American Kennel Club, allowing you to update the information as the new owner. We have been working on potty training the puppies outside and they have yet to soil inside the house since working on it. The puppies have an abundance of time playing in our big backyard with each other and their mom and dad. The Dame is an AKC Silver Lab and the Sire is an AKC silver-factored Chocolate Lab. What silver factored means in this case is that the Sire (dad) has silver in his bloodline. The Sire’s mother is pure Silver and his father is pure Chocolate. Here is a bit about each pup: Long John (Male Silver) - He is the biggest male and pup out of the litter. He does have an umbilical hernia that occurred during birth and is likely hereditary per the vets at Lake Shore Animal Hospital. We have been monitoring it closely and it has shown no signs of being a potential future issue for him. The vet stated that it will most likely reduce with time. He is pretty calm when being handled, but when playing with siblings, he is definitely energetic! Even though Long John is the biggest pup, he seems to be the most calm when we bring him inside for one on one time with the family and always seems to just be observing the pack. He is the first to the food and is first to the kennel when bringing them all in for the night. We believe he will be a very attentive lab because he often is the one vowing for attention from us and seems to always be two steps ahead. Sterling (Female Silver) - She has the darkest coat color out of the Silver pups. She is a curious puppy and is typically the ring leader when playing together with her siblings. She is a momma’s girl and is usually the one playing independently by rolling around in the grass. She likes to be held and loved on by any one that will give her attention. Belle (Female Silver) - She has the lightest coat color out of the Silver pups. She is the biggest sweetheart when it comes to being handled and socializing with her siblings. She is the largest of the female labs, but does not throw her weight around when playing. She is calm just like her big brother Long John, but we feel as though she is the mastermind behind all the pup shenanigans. Belle also loves to be held and snuggled on. Fox (Female Silver) - She is the smallest out of the litter. However, she has the biggest personality. She holds her own against her biggest brother and sister, Long John and Belle, but also can come and cuddle into your lap with ease. She is the one who likes to procrastinate going to the kennel at night even though she has had hours of play time. She is funny and makes us laugh every day. She lets her exuberant, quirky personality shine!!! Heath (Male Chocolate) - He is the only Chocolate out of the litter. He also was checked by our veterinarian. She stated that he potentially only has one testicle but could not confirm it at his age and he will need to have a check-up further down the road to see if this is the case or if the testicle had just not descended at the time of the puppy health screening. Recently, we have checked him ourselves and have yet to feel a second testicle. The vet stated that he is of excellent health and that he will live a normal life regardless. However, he might not be the best breeding dog. If you are looking for a companion and not worried about breeding, he’s your guy! He is loving and will let you handle him all day if you have the time. He loves to play in the yard with his dad and roll around and run like crazy with his siblings. He is the one we know to be the first to go potty outside and will be the first to greet you at the door.
