The Ruby Band, based in Pleasanton, CA., is actively performing Corporate Events and Wedding gigs. Our bass player got busy with his other band so we seek a new pro bassist who sings backing vocals. Performance videos on our Youtube channel: www.youtube.com/c/RubyBandUSA Criteria: - Pro bassist who can and likes to play mostly dance music, with emphasis on current dance Pop, R&B, and Rock tunes. 5-string bass is preferable. - Within 45 mins drive of Pleasanton where we occasionally rehearse. - Not too busy with other bands. - Can sing backing vocals, with preference on tenor range (sing up to G above middle C without strain). - Contemporary good look onstage, - Prior performing experience, especially weddings and corporate events.
