need help setting up my Boss GT 100 Tone Studio

I was gifted this GT 100. It's in great shape. But for the life of me, I can't seem to get the Tone Studio software to load and edit patches. I've gone to the Boss site and downloaded every possible driver for this Ver 2 unit. I'm in Novato if you are in the neighborhood and would have a look at it for me I'll pay you $20 unless you think you can do it over the phone I'll give you $10. PLEASE if you don't know this unit don't waste my time, I don't want to talk to you. If you're just going to guess around because it's sorta kinda like what you have DON"T waste my time. If you really KNOW this unit please by all means get in touch with me. It's a simple fix, I just don't know what it is. No time wasters. bruce
