-Learn about leverage and how the use of debt can increase or decrease the return potential of an investment -- positive and negative leverage, loan constants, debt coverage ratios, etc.
-Use Microsoft Excel to further build out the previous Cash Flow Pro Forma with these performance and debt metrics by pulling information from the loan and property assumptions.
