Hello! Mama D's Authentic Kitchen (Food Truck) is seeking enthusiastic, motivated, fun loving individuals to work this Summer and beyond at our growing business. This job is perfect for anyone with an entrepreneurial spirit within the realm of food and hospitality. If you love to make people happy with food and service, this is a great opportunity to learn from a great operator in the space. We have been growing very quickly and have booked several events all over Southern Oregon. Wineries, rodeos, concerts, street festivals, weddings, and other fun pop ups are just a few of the events we will have a presence at this year. We plan on scaling the business to a multi-product foods business with a release of condiments, sauces, and more. We dream big! Currently we are seeking customer service/food prep positions on our truck. We operate between 4-6 days a week, however we seek to build the team out for multiple part time positions rather than few full time. Main duties included: - Taking orders at the window/cashier - Sandwich making - Cleaning/organizing - Prep Work Once We Secure Our Commercial Kitche: - Following Recipes - Packaging & Jarring - Food Prep - Inventory Management - Deliveries Ideal Candidate: - Great communication skills - Positive attitude - Basic math skills - Motivated by the food and hospitality industry - Future food/hospitality entrepreneur - Has a vehicle - Wants to grow with the company
