“Does A Municipality Own You???” Absolutely NOT! What most people fail to realize, just because you're passing thru the geographical location known as Dallas, DOES NOT mean that the “City of Dallas” owns you or has any legal standing, we have got to separate the two! If you are of something, you CAN'T be the thing, per example if I'm of my parents, I cant be my parents! The “City of Dallas” is a corporation that has been put in place to provide services for the people, NOT to run amuck and have their private employees (Police) coerce, extort, and put under duress the sovereign people domiciled on this land. Stop thinking that these thugs are there to help you, they are nothing more than revenue officers.There are two things that are required before any entity or being can make any kind of legal claim against you, the first is Subject Matter Jurisdiction which is Due Process, second is Personal Matter Jurisdiction which means that you must have harmed someone or their property. There is no such thing as being detained, that is a made-up cop word, to impede your movement is to arrest you, no if ands or buts about it. So, if the “City of Dallas” doesn’t have any jurisdiction over you, how did their private employees all of a sudden gain it? They didn’t! Somone stopping you by force of arms is a claim that they either have jurisdiction over you or that you are their property, last time I checked, slavery is illegal! A police officer is the equivalent to a Mall Cop, the only deference is the gun and a whole lot of word gymnastics. When a private employee of a municipal corporation pulls you over by force of arms, they have just committed crimes, violating your secured an guaranteed rights under the color of law. You have the right to travel freely without being coerced, extorted, or put under duress, you have the right to not give up property without a search warrant, and you have the right to due process. The Constitution does not give us our rights, it SERUCRES and GUARANTEES God-given rights inherent to creation. This is a rule book in which government must abide otherwise it is our duty and obligation to abolish this institution that has been taken over by parasites and tyrants. Ordinances, statues, and codes are NOT law they are rules in which they only apply to government or a willing particpant who has contracted with them, the way that they make them apply to you is thru fear and ignorance, DO NOT let them diminish your status, bringing you down from a sovereign traveling to a “PERSON who is Driving” driving is a commercial term, PERSON is an artificial entity that they have created therefor have “authority” over you. Let's get this clear, for anything to bind you, there must be a contract in place signed by both parties or they must have both subject and personal matter jurisdiction. When you are engaged in commerce, you have signed a contract with the “City of Whatever” that binds you to their rules and regulations. They do not apply to a private man or woman. There are certain elements that have to be present for a contract to be valid, we will talk about those in a later article, but a couple things to note is that there CANNOT be illegal terms in a contract and you HAVE TO be a willing participant. There is no titles in these states, the cop coercing you is not worth more than you nor do they have powers that you do not have, we are all equals. To think you have authority over another just because a group of people gave you a badge and a gun is pure ignorance and a lack of self-respect. Noone that wants control over others has any self-respect, to have self-respect, is to know definitively what you have control over and what you do not have control over. The only thing you have control over are your THOUGHTS, EMOTIONS, and ACTIONS, for the people that don’t catch my drift. Now for the solution part, there are two different courts, administrative court which is for corporations and a judicial court which is for men and woman. Once you’ve entered their administrative court, you have given them jurisdiction over you unless you challenge that jurisdiction. STAY OUT OF THERE ADMINISTRITIVE COURTS! Instead take precautions by drafting your own Affidavit of Status. An affidavit is simply a sworn statement that you have given under the penalty of perjury. All you are doing with that is taking away all presumptions away based on your status, to not disagree is to agree in the face of the law. For them to have any legal standing is to rebut your affidavit point by point in the form of a sworn affidavit. There are two things that make government, people and words, if you take one of the two there is no government so challenge there so called authority, asked questions, once they cannot answer your questions there is no authority. Words have and are a tool that have been weaponize to distort our perception of reality.
