Quarantine Assistance for Covid-19 Positive

This post is evidence of just how desperate I am. Ok: I was recently incarcerated in Multnomah County Jail for 4 days. During this time I was tested for Covid-19 twice. Both of these tests produced positive results. Released with a court date next month, I find myself struggling with quarantining myself as a homeless person here in Multnomah County (I was previously living in Clatsop county but returned to Multnomah to attend to these legal matters). A few months ago I spoke with a friend in a similar situation, he received assistance which arranged for him to quarantine in a local hotel, keeping himself and the community safe. I have tried in vein to reach anyone who seems able or willing to help me. If anyone out there reading this has any ideas regarding who I should talk to please reply to this post. I understand it is the weekend but will take any advice out there. Thank you!
