Family seeking energetic, kind-hearted nanny to help care for 23 month old boy. Might sometimes alternate with parent, and care for 12 week old baby girl while parent cares for toddler. Nanny would only be responsible for one child at a time. Warm, kind family. Would be working at home with a backyard and several nearby parks. Familiarity with Montessori approach to early childhood development a plus. Light housework and comfortable with a small dog.
