Looking for Vacant Houses - $500 to $1000 Referral Fee

Im looking for someone to drive a route of vacant houses that I have and look for houses on the way that are beat up and need work. Things to look for is tall grass, rust stains, roof in bad shape(missing shingles), junk all around the property, siding is rotting, mailbox is messed up or is full of mail. So I will providing sticky notes to put on each door of these type of houses. I will have 500 yellow sticky notes to put on 500 houses. It doesn't have to be all at once, you can do like 50 to 100 a week in different areas of San Antonio. You must have a reliable vehicle and know the San Antonio area well. It would be ideal if you already drive around San Antonio on a daily basis. If we are able to close on any of those houses from the sticky notes, I will also give you a $500 to $100 referral fee at closing from our title company.
