Description

Candidate should be skilled and reliable for new construction residential installations and service/warranty work. You will work on a variety of construction projects performing general tasks. Travel to and from job sites will be in a company vehicle throughout the sandhill region. JOB DUTIES: *Install *Exterior doors and windows *Interior trim products & door hardware *Treated steps, treated handrails, *Storm and screen doors *Outdoor fireplaces *Light framing *Load and unload building materials *Prepare materials, tools, and equipment at the construction site *Follow written and verbal directions, manufacturer instructions, and NC building code *Read and adhere to labels, safety warnings, and guidelines *Adhere to all OSHA, health and safety regulations *Use tools and equipment to complete daily tasks *Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner *Clean and clear debris and materials at the end of each job REQUIREMENTS: *Valid driver’s license *1 year of experience in commercial or residential carpentry *Transportation (to one location) *Small Hand tools *Climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand to perform daily work and ladder climbing *Lift and carry at least 50 lbs. *Able to work independently or as an active member of a team *Work in various weather conditions indoors and outdoors *Time management and communication skills
