We've been caring for Rayne because her previous owners couldn't handle her anymore. Rayne is housetrained and knows basic commands. Rayne is also good with other animals and kids. She does seem to have some sort of skin allergy and would benefit from maybe a pill or vet medicated shampoo. It is no longer fair for her to continue dealing with her skin conditions and we can not afford to take her to the vet. She is 1 and a half years old. She is a little skittish of new people but given time she warms up quickly, it took me less than 10 minutes to gain her trust. We are located in Kingsport. She is free to good home! We've tried dawn soap and hartz flea and tick shampoo and neither have worked!
