Lost keys and lanyard !!REWARD IF FOUND!!

I’m looking for a set of about 7 keys and a blue electric key fob. They are attached to a neon green lanyard there is also a keychain with my name (Julia) on a small California style license plate and a blue clip. They were lost on east 13th between Willamette and Agate while biking to UO. Please spread the word. Thank you everyone! Text or call ‼️ $50 reward if found‼️
