Carlito is a sweet boy with food allergies who requires a special diet that I can not provide at the moment. He comes with papers. I just never sent in the registration. He is a beautiful dog who gets lots of attention and compliments. I just have other dogs and it is a struggle for me to provide him with the care he needs.
