Rehoming Malinois/Pitbull/Lab Mix - dog, puppy

Unfortunately we have to rehome Bronx. He’s about 3 1/2 to 4yrs old. We’ve been given the ultimatum by animal control to rehome him or euthanize. We’re not 100% what breed he is. My mom thinks Malinois, I think he looks like a pit mix. He’s microchipped, neutered and UTD with shots. He is super high energy, very protective of his yard, and will charge at neighbors if he gets out of the yard/house. He never tries to run out the front door, but if the gate is left open he will definitely harass the neighborhood and then come home. He is NOT good with kids or other animals. He listens good, he’s potty trained obviously, he is high energy and LOVES to run and play fetch. He should always be kept on a leash when not in the house or yard. He enjoys when visitors come over but gets a little excited and he jumps a lot. Once he gets used to people being there he loves to snuggle them on the couch. He also LOVES to play fetch and is SUPER good at it. Sometimes he even plays fetch with his self and throws his rope toy in the air and will do crazy jumps to catch it. He will also make sure to keep raccoons and opposums out of his yard! If anyone can take him please let me know, I really would hate to euthanize him. Thanks
