Residential Cleaner, Rental Properties Looking for a professional residential cleaner who has extreme attention to detail, can multi-task, ability to handle a fast paces work environment, as well as trustworthy, reliable, and good communication. We have multiple rental properties in the De Moines and surrounding area. Our rental homes are LOADED to be the BEST in the business, all houses sleep on average 20 guest, these are large properties with game rooms and two have hot tubs. We are looking for someone that can handle a very fast paces work environment we are booked and doing turn overs multiple times a week. We do expect our cleaners to do laundry and clean and tend to the hot tubs as well as go the extra mile. We are more than willing to compensate someone who meets these qualifications. Weekly Pay. Flexible Hours. Opportunities for extra pay. Must have a Vehicle, Driver’s license, and Car insurance. Must pass a background check and we able to pass a drug test at any time. Full-time/Part-time Pay: Varies based on experience, negotiable. Schedule: Available 7 days a week depending on bookings/check-outs.
