Airline employees with open companion/travel pass for year

I'm looking for an airline employee (Delta, American, United, JetBlue, etc or any of the big International ones) that have their companion travel benefit for the year open/unassigned. I've had spousal/companion benefit previously on AA & JetBlue so I'm familiar with the rules and disadvantages. I'm <36, flexible schedule, love to travel and quite respectful.
