One or more responsible, reliable, able persons to do mostly painting, various other tasks if you're familiar or want to learn. If you live in the area marked on map, you wouldn't need a car. Just be up front, you got issues, are you going to disappear five minutes after you're paid, only get paid after an agreed time, no valuables of mine left on site unattended. Fair pay for fair work. Everybody's different, negotiating individually. It will be cash. Preferably upon completion of project section, with draws after work has been started. 3 floors per side to be done. No ceilings.
