Found Young Gray Female cat

Young gray long haired tame female cat showed up at my doorstep a week ago. She has been taken care in the past because she is tame, her fur is clean and brushed, and has a healed scratch on her head that looks to have been previously shaved and doctored and the hair has grown back. If this is your cat please call me. I have been feeding her for about a week but already have a cat and a dog and cannot afford to have another pet. Debbie.
