I don't want to do this but this animal needs a better home than I can offer him. Male Varanus acanthurus, aka ackie or spiny-tailed monitor. Approximately 4 years old, missing several toe tips and 1 toe in the front from improper husbandry over his life. Handles well, very food motivated, tolerates a harness. Enclosure available as well. Comes w/ everything pictured. Will include a new UV tube and an active dubia colony. VERY HEAVY ENCLOSURE, 4'x2'x'2 and solid wood/glass, you will have to come pick up and you will need at least a couple of guys. This is an animal for an experienced lizard keeper, not a beginner. I am requiring some knowledge of monitor care. If I can't find a better home for him than mine, he's not going. Text or email for rehome fee, more info, more pictures. Thanks.
