Seeking a reliable person with careful housecleaning skills for long-term weekly cleaning position.
Large new home requires 4 — 6 hours per week:
-- Baths: sinks, showers, mirrors cleaned, toilets cleaned and disinfected, dusting.
-- Kitchen: wipe counters, dust/wipe cabinets as required, clean microwave, clean oven fronts as needed.
-- Laundry, mudroom: wipe counters and clean sink, dust/clean cabinet fronts and surfaces as needed.
-- Floors: vacuumed, mopped; area rugs vacuumed; wood floors vacuumed, mopped/dried periodically.
-- Dusting / vacuuming of sills and baseboards, general dusting, vacuum upholstery monthly, trash emptied.
-- Occasional / seasonal / other cleaning as needed: sweeping the front entry, etc.
-- Comfort with pets very helpful.
-- I provide my own cleaners and equipment; you provide cleaning cloths.
-- References required.
$17.00 - $25.00/hour, depending on experience.
