General Maintenance Worker (AOAO) Kihei, Maui, Hawaii: PART TIME. 24 hours a week. Starting salary $20 an hour. Job Description: Join our team. This is an AOAO for a vacation condo on Sugar Beach. This position is responsible for completing the daily opening cleaning routine for the property. For the right candidate we can be flexible with how the hours are split up. Can be 3- 8 hour days or 4- 6 hour days. Ex. Work Monday-Wednesday 6am-2pm. Responsibilities: • Pool maintenance • Cleaning of pool decks and pool furniture • Cleaning of BBQ stations • Light custodial work; emptying garbage’s, cleaning laundry rooms • Painting • Misc. tasks as instructed by the property manager.
