Description
I will hire a handyman/construction guy/general contractor to give a free estimate of
the cost of repairs on 8 houses plus 6 or more lots. I will pay for detailed pictures on
each one of the houses, a fair amount for each house. Say $150 for pictures plus $20 for
each house done right. The pictures should be of every room inside and the outside from
every side of the house, the roof if possible and a view from the road. Pictures must be
light and bright and clear taken on a cell phone and texted and or emailed to me. The
estimate of repairs on each house should be free of charge. The person I hire will provide
me with his experience, name phone email and a picture to show his ability to take pictures.
If I cannot find a repair person to do this I will just hire a photographer for the job. THe
pictures must be taken early this week.
