Need HOUSEHOLD HANDY HELP to KNOCK DOWN TASK LIST ($25.00/hour) Need labor help mostly with several indoor and outdoor household (residential) projects before the weather gets too muggy and buggy: - Mount a satellite TV receiver (flat panel) on a J-bracket at rooftop level and run cabling inside the house. Have all the parts, need labor and expertise. - Brick repair / point tucking to replace someone else's very bad patch job, involves 3 broken bricks an the exterior wall. - Yard drainage pipe repair / install effuser. - Deck flooring repairs. If you have time and are close to Fenton, please let me know what type of work you can do and what you charge. Can bid hourly rate or by the task.
