Here is what this career is: This position travels to various locations throughout New York City (Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens and Manhattan). You will start as a Cleaning Service Technician with the goal of quickly becoming a captain/team lead. Once you are competent as a Cleaning Service Technician you will be trained to be a captain and trained to manage other team members. You will be trained to properly clean and detail a home or office, do heavy-duty post renovation detailed cleans, which equipment and supplies to use, how to keep them clean and sanitized and how to supervise others. We offer online training to get you up to speed before you ever set foot on a real job site. You'll learn our culture, job site safety, customer interaction, how to get an overview of our entire system and processes. Our training is designed to help you excel and move up in our company quickly. Experience is a plus. If you have limited or no experience in addition to online training there will be hands-on training and processes explained. If you are a top performer, VERY detail oriented and a really great fit with our company then the next promotion is to a trainer. Our cleaners love their jobs. They love this company.
