Short-Term Rental Cleaning Assistant $18.00/hr to start 10:30 AM-4:30 PM 5 Days a week Austin's premier Short-Term Rental Cleaning Specialists is now hiring 2 additional Cleaning Assistants! We don't hire often, our teams stick with us for a long time because they are happy. We take good care of each other here! This is a long-term position with room to grow. As a Cleaning Assistant you will be responsible for preparing units for the cleaning teams. Preparing units will include: Collect all Garbage and food from refrigerator and remove from unit Collect all dirty linens and towels in a laundry bag and remove from unit Place all dishes in dishwasher. Start Dishwasher Turn on all lights, raise all blinds, open all cabinets and doors. Open up sofabed. You will also be responsible for performing a final check on all units after the cleans have been completed. Final Checks will include: Inspecting baseboards and walls Opening up sofabed to ensure it is clean inside and underneath Inspect bathroom sink and tub. Open all bathroom drawers. Confirm there is no hair! Ensure all towels and soaps are folded neatly and presented well ... And More!!! All final check reports will be shared with the supervising manager immediately. Location: Downtown Austin (5th st and I-35, 11th st, South Congress, S 1st st) Unit Description: Studio, 1-3 bedroom apartments No Laundry! Clean sheets are provided to you Short-Term Rental stays - most less than 1 week! All less than 28 days Fast days - 10:30 AM - 4:30 PM Must Be able to: Use an app on your cell phone to take and share pictures, clock-in and also report missing items. Use a checklist and cleaning system and follow it! Use Telegram on your cell phone to communicate and report with all of our teams Must have reliable transportation to drive to buildings in downtown Austin Must pass a criminal background check BE EXCELLENT & FAST!
