so, my band and a few other bands were set to play this place in brooklyn on thursday the ninth, but we all got a message a couple days ago with some allegations against the owner of the venue. i won't say which venue cause right now, as far as we know, they are allegations and if they're not true i don't wanna ruin this person's reputation, but if they are true we of course don't want to support them we've been calling around and sending emails to a lot of venues and places to see if anyone can take us and they either ignore us (probably cause it's so last minute, which is understandable), or they inform us politely that they are booked for that night. one of the bands is in a situation where they can't cancel their performance so this is kind of a last ditch effort to help us, and more specifically, them out if anyone knows of any venues or places (everyone is open to house shows) or anyone that can take us on the 9th, we would all be greatly appreciative. anywhere in the city, any borough is fine. we're desperate right now. thank you so much
