Seeking dependable and honest House Manager and Gardener to work at my small home in Historic Irvington. Duties includes an after-storm site check as needed, plus every Saturday ~10am-5pm planting / mulching all garden beds, cleaning deck and outdoor furnishings / keep hot tub clean / pressure wash driveway / clean garage / clean car / clean gutters and windows / fix things around home / snow removal and upkeep in winter as well. Some ladder climbing / lifting necessary. A current driver's licence with insurance and a vehicle to haul away debris / go get mulch and supplies is very desirable. Gardening, plants and light home maintenance knowledge very helpful but I can train. First class tools and supplies are all provided. Seek a long-term relationship season-to-season, year-to-year with someone who is trustworthy, reliable and does meticulous work. $25 per hour to start plus all expenses for 28-40+ hours monthly.
