MAINTENANCE STAFF JOB DESCRIPTION Seeking an individual for helping to maintain a 65 unit, six floor, condominium complex. 10-15 hours per week Duties include helping current maintenance man with recyclable garbage collection of six floor complex, rotation of dumpsters by trash compactor, inspection of building and grounds for needed repairs, changing burnt out light bulbs, minor electrical repairs, painting projects, cleaning and maintaining swimming pool, removal of snow on sidewalks with snowblower, salting icy sidewalks, policing grounds for litter, setting up chairs for meetings, landscaping of hedges, mulching, pulling weeds, and general maintenance. Requirements - Must be neat and clean in appearance, friendly people person, self motivated, no criminal record (background check will be done.) Starting pay $15.00 per hour
