The proper gun control. Stop and frisk, commit a crime any crime with a gun and you are locked away forever. If someone uses a gun they obviously don't have respect for humanity so they should be removed. Just because you don't kill someone with a gun is not enough, the psychological effects of the act is bad enough. What about the lady that was stabbed in the back by a POS while going into a building the other day for no reason? Should we ban knives? When are you idiots going to wake up? We have to put people like that away forever. When they learn that severe consequences are for real it will stop or at least be put to a minimum.
