Small Dog or Puppy wanted

Hello everyone! I am looking to rehome a small dog or puppy (preferably). I am interested in dogs that are friendly with children due to having younger siblings. I live in a townhouse along with other housemates who are pet-friendly! I have been looking to rehome for a long time but can’t seem to find small dogs or puppy. Reason for a small dog is because of my townhouse leasing contract only allowing small pets. Preferably to be small & not grow much, maybe be full grown to be less than 15 pounds or 20. If anyone has anything please do send! I am excited to meet my potential companion:)! My budget is up to $550, it may not be much but that’s all I can put into rehoming. Thank you. (I am from the Davis area but travel to the Bay Area a lot to visit family so I am willing to travel for the right potential pet!
